Why a numbered reference beats a summary

Every row above names a source so a reader can go and check it line by line. Other fields index their references the same way: standard FCI 352 is a numbered, quotable document rather than a paraphrase, which is what a citation should always allow. When a record here cannot be traced to a document of that kind, it is labelled as such under the index method.
